Daniel Furtado

Support Coordinator

Hey there, I'm Daniel, a Perth native who loves runs, music, and diving into random bits of philosophy. Call me a bit of a nerd - I thrive on breaking down plans and deciphering reports, especially when it comes to maximizing the benefits of the NDIS.

Armed with a bachelor's degree in psychology, I'm equipped to support individuals facing psychological or neurological challenges. My journey in child protection and youth programs, coupled with firsthand experiences witnessing the transformative power of effective NDIS plans, fuels my passion for ensuring everyone receives the support they need to lead fulfilling lives.

Support Coordinator

I'm a Pilates-loving, hiking enthusiast who adores stand-up paddle boarding and leisurely walks by the river. My world revolves around my husband, three incredible kids, and one very happy dog.

I'm all about fostering community and ensuring everyone feels valued and connected. That's why I dove into this space—to make a real difference in people's lives. I love linking people to community activities that bring them joy and supporting them to lead active, healthy lives.

With a background in health, addiction studies and community development, my experiences have taught me invaluable lessons, especially navigating life with a family member dealing with mental health challenges. That personal journey has fuelled my passion to help others.

Jessica Pasley

Support Coordinator and Director

Beyond work (which occupies a lot of my passion), I'm in to music, reading, gardening, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen. I also love seeking out new spots to walk with my dog.

My journey into this industry stemmed from personal experiences. Being married to Stu, who uses a wheelchair, opened my eyes to the discrimination he faces in society. This realization pushed me to make a difference. With a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Counselling, I blend personal experience with professional knowledge.

My knack for supporting individuals with disabilities, combined with my skills in research, report writing, and problem-solving, became a gateway to help others navigate the intricacies of the NDIS. I've always been drawn to community services because, frankly, I just love helping people.
